十年风云激荡，乌镇之约再启新篇。

一年一度的峰会，如互联网行业的集雨器，接住行业一年发展落下的所有甘霖；又如一扇开放之窗，折射出全球互联网发展的万千气象。

2014年秋，晨曦初露，乌镇的石板路上，一场名为“互联网之光”的盛会，好似璀璨星河中的一颗闪耀明珠，照亮了十年的风雨兼程。

回首“网事”，“数字改变生活”并非一句口号。以峰会为媒，互联网早已浸润乌镇的各个角落——

漫步在乌镇的石板路上，无人驾驶的智能车，让曾经木心笔下的“车马慢”，悄然翻开因“网”而兴的出行新篇；

“乌镇之光”超算中心，以每1秒钟18亿亿次计算的速度，抢跑数字赛道，算出“数智”未来；

乌镇的数字经济企业，从最初的12家增至如今的1000多家，数字技术与实体经济在这里交融，催生新产业新业态新模式；

来到乌镇的参会嘉宾累计近1.2万人次，覆盖172个国家和地区，在桨声欸乃间，前沿思想的火花激荡，“老朋友”来了又来，“新面孔”接踵而至；

数字乘风，从昔日的科幻到如今的现实，人工智能浪潮汹涌澎湃。智能向善，宛如乌镇的“水”，利万物而不争；技术创新，宛如乌镇的“桥”，跨千年而通未来。

由“一”而始，逢“十”而进。

站在“下一个十年”新起点，时代的气息奔腾，新一轮科技革命呼啸而至。在各国语言的碰撞里，人们谋划、构建着一个更为广阔、宏大的数字世界，探寻着数字世界未来发展的“桥”与“路”。

今年，“乌镇时间”作为中国互联网创新发展的缩影和样本，再次聚焦全球目光。峰会，将化身一束凝聚全球多方力量与共识的希望之光，闪耀人工智能之光芒，带领我们一窥未来世界的瑰丽景象。

凝望历史长河，“十年之约”不过弹指一挥间，却是嘉兴迈向数字文明的绝佳机遇窗口；置身世界版图，乌镇不过置锥之地，却是嘉兴与世界互联互通的最佳接入端口。

“风啊，水啊，一顶桥！”“数啊，网啊，一世界！”

In the blink of an eye, the World Internet Conference (WIC)Wuzhen Summit has accompanied us for 10 years. This year's "A Date with Wuzhen" is ready to write a new chapter. 

The annual summit is dedicated to the governance of global internet development and actively establishes a high-end dialogue platform for the global internet community.

The Light of Internet Expo, a key feature of the summit, opened in Wuzhen in the autumn of 2014. As the brightest star in the vast starry sky, the expo lit the road which was marred by trials and hardships over the past 10 years.

Reviewing the past 10 years of the WIC Wuzhen Summit, "The internet influencing every aspect of life" is more than just a tagline to us. The internet has permeated every corner of this ancient watertown via the summit.

"The hours of the days used to be slow. So were carriages, horses, mail," wrote the late well-known Chinese poet Mu Xin. In years gone by, people walked along the flagstone-paved pathways in the ancient watertown. Today's Wuzhen, unmanned vehicles have played a vital role in ensuring transportation.

The supercomputing center, called the "Light of Wuzhen", has a total computing power of 180 Pflops, which means it can perform 180 quadrillion floating-point operations per second. As the leader of digital race, the center is creating the "AI and the digital" future.  

The number of Wuzhen digital economy enterprises has grown from 12 to more than 1,000 now. As the digital economy and the real economy blend with each other, it gives rise to new industries, new business formats and new industrial models.

Nearly 12,000 honored guests from 172 countries and regions have visited the summit over the past years. With the sound of paddling boats, old and new friends exchange ideas and build consensus annually.

With the growing trend of AI, from past fantasy to present reality, the tide of digitalization rolls on. The flexible AI, like the water in Wuzhen, benefits all without contention. The innovative technology, like the bridges in the watertown, spans millennia to the future.

Start from "ONE" and progress with "TEN".

Standing at the new start point of the "next decade", the era surges with technological revolution. In the mix of various languages, people are building a grander digital world, seeking the "bridges" and "paths" for its better future.  

"Wuzhen Time", a sample of innovative development of China Internet, will draw global attention again. This year's summit, shining with the dazzling AI light, will unite global forces and consensus to show us the future world.  

Gazing across the long river of history, 10 years have already passed in the blink of an eye. But the decade is a good opportunity for Jiaxing to move towards digital civilization. On the world map, Wuzhen is as small as a tiny dot. It is the best access point for Jiaxing to be interconnected with the world.
